Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026. This policy explains how LUMORPH handles information when you use our mobile applications and website.

Information we process

We process information needed to provide LUMORPH, including account details such as email address and profile information, creation inputs you choose to submit, generated results, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

When you choose a photo for a creation, the app performs a local quality and face-count check. LUMORPH does not use face recognition to identify you. Selected media may be uploaded to provide the creation you request.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate your account, provide requested image and video creation features, maintain your creation history, process store purchases through the applicable app marketplace, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.

Photos and creations

Photos in your device library remain under your control. Removing an item from LUMORPH does not delete the original from your device. Generated cloud results are retained for a limited period, currently up to seven days, unless you delete them earlier or a different retention period is required by law.

Sharing

We may use service providers that process information on our behalf to host the service, deliver creations, operate app-store purchases, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can manage your photos, creations, and account preferences in the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, use our account deletion page or contact us by email. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

LUMORPH is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are below the minimum age required in your country to consent to digital services.
