Delete your account
You can request deletion of your LUMORPH account and associated account data by email.
Deleting your account is permanent. Active marketplace subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play separately.
Before you request deletion
Download any creations you want to keep. Account deletion may remove access to your LUMORPH profile, saved creations, favorites, remaining in-app balances, and account history. Original photos in your device library are not deleted.
How to submit a request
- Open LUMORPH and copy your LUMORPH ID from your profile, if available.
- Email us from the address associated with your account.
- Include the subject line “Account deletion request” and your LUMORPH ID in the message.
- We may request information to verify ownership before processing the request.
What happens next
We will review your request and confirm when deletion has been completed or if more verification is needed. Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
