Effective September 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of LUMORPH applications, website, and related services.

Using LUMORPH

You may use LUMORPH only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.

Acceptable use

Do not use LUMORPH to create, upload, share, or request content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or harmful. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, evade safety measures, or access another person's account.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and provide the service. By submitting content, you allow LUMORPH and its service providers to process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.

Generated results

AI-generated output can be unexpected or inaccurate. Review results before using or sharing them. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for obtaining any permissions required for people, places, brands, or other protected material depicted in it.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are offered through the applicable App Store or Google Play. Prices, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the marketplace terms shown at purchase. We do not promise a specific plan, price, or feature unless it is displayed in the app at that time.

Service availability

We work to keep LUMORPH available, but features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of users.

Termination

You may stop using LUMORPH at any time. You may request deletion of your account through our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with law.
